At 16, he began working with a mental coach — a turning point that significantly improved both his performance and his development off track. He later worked with an elite-level mental coach involved with Formula 1 drivers, deepening his understanding of performance.
Rashed progressed to Formula 4 UAE with no prior testing, going from last place in his first race to a podium by the end of the season. He then moved to Spanish F4, winning his debut race and consistently finishing in the top five during the season.
He also holds a degree in finance and spent a year and a half working in private equity.
Today, he coaches drivers full-time, focusing on developing athletes both on and off the track.
